ด้วยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตูมใหญ่ ได้จัดทำแผนพัฒนาสี่ปี (พ.ศ.2561-2564) และประกาศใช้แล้วเมื่อวันที่ 30 ธันวาคม 2559 เพื่อใช้เป็นกรอบแนวทางในการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น นั้น เนื่องจากปัญหาความต้องการของหมู่บ้านชุมชน มีความเปลี่ยนแปลงและเพื่อให้แผนพัฒนาท้องถิ่นสี่ปี มีความสอดคล้องกับสภาพปัญหาของชุมชน เป็นปัจจุบัน เกิดประโยชน์สุข มีความคุ้มค่า มีประสิทธิภาพ
และเพื่อพิจารณาให้ความเห็นชอบแผนพัฒนาสี่ปี (พ.ศ.2561-2564) เพิ่มเติมฉบับที่ ๔ เสนอแนะโครงการพัฒนาท้องถิ่นในภาพรวมระดับตำบล ใช้เป็นกรอบในการจัดข้อบัญญัติงบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปี 2562 ต่อไป นั้น
ในการนี้ จึงใคร่ขอเชิญท่านและแจ้งบุคคลต่างๆในหมู่บ้าน เข้าร่วมประชุมประชาคมตำบลในวันพุธ ที่ ๔ กรกฎาคม 2561 เวลา 09.00 น. ณ หอประชุมองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล ตูมใหญ่ โดยมีตัวแทนของหมู่บ้านต่างๆ อันประกอบด้วย
- ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน 1 ท่าน
- ผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้าน 2 ท่าน
- สมาชิกสภาองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล 2 ท่าน
- ประธาน อสม. หมู่บ้าน 1 ท่าน
- ประธานกองทุนหมู่บ้าน 1 ท่าน
- ประธานกลุ่มสตรี 1 ท่าน
- ประธานประชาคมหมู่บ้าน 1 ท่าน
- คัดเลือกผู้แทนครัวเรือนในหมู่บ้านของท่าน 3 ท่าน
รวมหมู่บ้านละ 12 ท่าน เข้าร่วมประชุม ในวันและเวลาดังกล่าว โดยพร้อมเพียงกัน
